Thank you so much for your presentation last week at ICSC Miami. I found your class to be the best of all the ones that I attended and my only complaint for the survey was that it wasn’t long enough. I think there was so much you could have told us without the time constraints. I plan to put all your techniques to use – as a newbie to this industry, I really need to hone in my skills and use as many best practices as possible.
