4. Get a coach, whether it’s for presentation skills or negotiating
5. Take financial analysis classes at a local college
6. Get your CCIM

8. There are so many opportunities to take advantage of! On average, if you invest 3% of your gross income into
9. yourself, you should see a minimum of a 25% return the following year!
