“DON’T SAY NO FOR THE PROSPECT”!!

It’s Not Who You Know, It’s Who KNOWS YOU.

It’s NOT who you know, it’s who Knows YOU.

As you work on or finish your 2023 goals, start thinking about the above statement.

In my opinion, until your prospect connects you with your product 100%, you don’t have a shot doing business with them.

For example, you may have canvassed that golf store 3 times, but if you walk in on the 4th visit and the owner still doesn’t have a clue who you are, you are still at the starting gate. You need to do something for the prospect to remember you! That’s why “following up”, “checking in” and “circling back” communications are worthless. Try dropping off a current updated market study with actual deals and rents to them. Now THAT will get their attention! And they will remember YOU!

If you are an investment sales broker looking for a listing, send a comps chart out for deals that have occurred in the prospect’s submarket in the last 6-9 months.

Is this work? Yes
Will they take your work and not use you? Maybe
But if you don’t do something to have them remember WHO you are, you are dead in the water!

Who would you like to do business with in 2023?

Do you have a list?

Do they already know you?

ARE YOU SURE?

Start making a plan of how you can get their attention, then possibly get their business in 2022!
