For 4 weeks I have had gnawing back issues. I had 3 massages, went to my doctor, but was avoiding the chiropractor. All the while, I was letting my mind drift to scary scenarios. It’s so easy for fear to creep in.

Yesterday, I finally went to the chiropractor. I usually pay a visit to him once every few years and he always fixes my problem with a minor adjustment.

It got me thinking about other adjustments necessary in life that we avoid.

A minor but necessary adjustment could relieve pain quickly! Not only with our health but also with our work life. Have we been needing to make an adjustment that we are avoiding but we know it would help? Maybe that’s adding time blocking to your schedule? Maybe meditation? Maybe join a mastermind group? Maybe exercise more?

Yoga? Doing less social media, or getting engaged more?

December is a great month to start thinking about making adjustments! Then in January, you can hit the ground running!

What pain will go away if you make that one adjustment?
