Because I know that if I’m out there putting in the work, the thing I’m waiting for will happen. I call it Canvassing Karma, and while it might not be scientific, it works.

Instead of waiting by the phone or refreshing your email, get out of the office and do something challenging yet important. Hit the pavement, meet potential tenants, and create new opportunities. The energy you put out will come back to you.
