Leasing Tip of the Day: Hold Yourself Accountable Every Day!

Rockstars hold themselves accountable. To rise to the top of any field, you must practice your craft relentlessly. As Gary Vee says, you have to ‘do the reps’—often more reps than everyone else.

You can’t complain that social media doesn’t work for you if you’ve only posted four times in four months. You can’t tell your bosses you’re canvassing if you’re not doing it consistently.

When you’re not hitting your targets, the first thing to check is your calendar. What are you doing to reach those numbers? How often are you doing it? If you’re struggling, ask yourself: Are you honestly doing your reps? Be truthful. If not, it’s time to start.

Success comes from consistent effort. Do the reps, track your activities, and hold yourself accountable. That’s the Rockstar way to achieve your goals.
